Step 1: Upon purchase, you will receive an email with information for scheduling your session with Certified Holistic Health Practitioner Rachel Newman.
Step 2: After receiving the email, you may complete your Meditation Starter Questionnaire and a couple of other housekeeping forms.
Step 3: During your 30-minute session, we’ll discuss using the basics of meditation and what to expect. You’ll also have the option of discussing if you’d like to continue exploring meditation for your wellness, as well as take advantage of any other services of Lazarus Tribe Wellness, which include herbal and nutritional supplementation, aromatherapy, and other holistic techniques.
